Each summer, Enbridge sponsors teachers from various communities where we operate so that they can attend The Keystone Center’s Key Issues Institute in Colorado. This program provides hands-on interdisciplinary education that follows an unbiased scientific framework to middle-level teachers who can, in turn, take complex environmental issues into the classroom and investigate them with their students.
Founded in 1975, the Keystone Center is a non-profit organization headquartered in Keystone, Colorado with offices in Denver, Washington, Boston, and Santa Fe. The Keystone Center seeks to solve our society’s most challenging environmental, energy, and public health problems. We bring together today’s public, private and civic leaders to confront these issues and arm the next generation with the 21st Century intellectual and social skills to effectively approach the questions they will face.
